Arrigo Bandera founded Studio Bandera more than 25 years ago and has overseen every stage of its growth.

He deals with tax, corporate and financial consultancy for companies with an overall view and in-depth knowledge of the business sectors in which they operate. He is also recognised by the market for his expertise in business crisis and corporate restructuring, and for the assistance he provides to families with regard to asset and wealth management. He holds positions as member of Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Boards in major Italian companies.
