Francesco Neboli is Studio Bandera’s partner and coordinator of the legal team. He deals with corporate and financial legal consultancy, as well as with business contracts and civil/commercial litigations, thanks to his broad knowledge of the business sectors in which companies operate. He is also involved in major M&A and corporate restructuring transactions. He holds various positions in Supervisory Bodies and Boards of Statutory Auditors.
