Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that your e-mail address will be processed by Studio Bandera Legale – Societario – Tributario, with registered office in Via Carlo Maria Martini 1, 20122- Milan; P.IVA 03631650987, Data Controller, for the sole purpose of following up your request to receive our newsletter. Legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject, expressed by you through the unequivocal behavior of entering the e-mail address in the dedicated form and the subsequent selection of the appropriate flag. The data will be retained and used until you indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, or until the Holder closes the newsletter service. Providing the e-mail address is free, however, failure to provide it will prevent us from acknowledging your request. Under no circumstances will the data be disseminated, but we inform you that it may be communicated to third parties who perform, on behalf of the Owner itself, specific services for sending the newsletter. Current legislation grants the Data Subject numerous rights; these include the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data and the rectification or erasure of the data or the restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to revoke consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. The Regulations also provide for the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
