Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Studio Bandera Legale – Societario – Tributario, with registered office in Via Carlo Maria Martini 1, 20122- Milan; P.IVA 03631650987, Data Controller, mainly by computer, for the sole purpose of responding to your request to be contacted. If your request is not followed by further reports, your data will be kept only as long as necessary to ensure correct and complete feedback. Legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR), expressed by you through the unequivocal behavior of sending the message. Please do not transcribe data in the message that might reveal information that the GDPR recognizes as “special data” (Art. 9). The provision of your personal data is free, however, failure to provide the requested data will prevent us from effectively responding to your request. Should you decide to provide us with your data, please note that it will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller, including through outsourcers and sub outsourcers. Under no circumstances will your data be disseminated, but we inform you that it may be communicated to authorized parties who perform, on behalf of the Owner itself, specific services aimed at ensuring the proper pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. Current legislation grants the Data Subject numerous rights; these include the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data and the rectification or erasure of the data or the restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to revoke consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. The Regulations also provide for the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
